I know I know. I'm late with this weeks video, but flying, jet lag and a dying computer decided to make finishing this video almost impossible.
But... I MADE IT!
So here you go. Nadine's thoughts about airports.
I hope you have a wonderful weekend and celebrated Switzerland's birthday yesterday.
I know I'm a bit late with this weeks video, but last night instead of editing it, I had to fall asleep. Moving is exhausting and sometimes pushes you to a borderline panic-dissorder, so here are at least some tips for you that you don't die immediately. Enjoy.
Packing is hard. Especially when you suddenly realize how overly attached you've grown to the absolutely weirdest things. This is my Top 5.
Have a happy week, see you next Wednesday
Love,
Nadine
I just realized that last week I forgot to make a blog post with my video, so here it goes. This one is about bunny. My one and only Bunbun. So many things to learn about her, so many things!
Love,
Nadine
Last weekend the Hollywood Fringe Festival ended, and since I love my theatre people, I've spent the last weekend celebrating the creation of art with them. I also met a lot of new people. YEY to new people. And all the talking and the 'where are you from?'s have led me to this video. Realizing that I'm from earth (maybe) and that sometimes I belong everywhere and nowhere at the same time. It happens. So this video is about the little things that apparently make people pick up that I'm not from America and the other things that my friends say that make me very America. Huh. Well, then.
I'm gonna go now.
Kali is leaving, and I definitely had to have her in one last video. This is us. And as a little added bonus you can take this quiz yourself and tell me how comparable you are with your roommate.
I know the post is a bit late, but the video has been up since Wednesday, which included a bit of a haste considering that we were in Tahoe and the only thing that had wifi we could use (the cabin had none) was at the Tahoe House. It also explains the slightly lower resolution. Everything's a bit slower up there, but insanely beautiful. Now I just got back to LA. Back in crazy land.
I hope you enjoy this weeks video, I'll see you next week.
I went all over the place and became a Fairy. Meaning; My hair is lavender, and I now also have magical powers.
Anyway. This week I was talking about american things that are confusing to Europeans. There were SOOOO many more things on my list, but this video would have lasted for over half an hour, so I cut them down.
Have fun.

So, last Monday I made my first YouTube Post ever! I did it as an application for 'The Swiss Explorer' which is a job that Swiss is currently filling which includes traveling around the world (I would really love doing that). In the Video you learn a little bit more about me and the things I do.
But the actual point is, that during the process of making this video I realized how much I liked doing it, so from now on I'll try my very best to upload a new video every Wednesday, talking about my crazy life while accompanying it with this Blog. This Blog is mainly here to fill you in what happens throughout the week and sometimes give you some more insights into some of my videos. I hope you're enjoying it.
Feel free to comment and look around.
